All About Suite
Suite is software for small service based businesses. The workflow in Suite is fairly simple. There are 3 ways one can approach a problem in Suite. From the client, from a ticket, or from a device. Tickets and devices are tied to clients. Devices can be attached to any ticket. Everything interconnects so that you can easily get from point A to point B, or C, with only 1 or 2 clicks.
The UI is modeled after my favorite operating system. Simple and elegant, using Suite for 10 hours at a time doesn't make your eyes hurt.
Lately I've added monitoring capabilities, so that you can monitor specific devices and receive a notification when a device has a problem.
If you are a developer and interested in helping, please let me know. If you are a business and want to use Suite, but don't have someone on staff that can set it up for you, I would be happy to help. Rather than close source this project I opened sourced it, which means the only possible income I can get from the hard work I've put in here is charging for my time to setup and train companies on how to use it.

Tickets and devices are tied to clients. Clients can belong to other clients (i.e. people inside a company). The clients section is modeled after Apple Address Book. Most of my UI is modeled after the applications that ship with OSX (Address Book, Mail, iTunes). To make Suite more accessible there is an iPhone interface as well.
